Recently, it has been revealed in allkpop.com that there's been some conflict between T-ara's members. Hwayoung, a new T-ara member, has been reported to be an outcast in the group. There were also reports that she's been bullied by the member. The reason for that are not clear since for now, CCM (T-ara's agency company) just revealed that there's been complained by staff that Hwayoung has been creating problems to the staff. The article also mention that the conflicts are caused by Hwayoung's 'lacks of determination' and laziness. One of the articles said that recently Hwayoung refuses to perform on stage when there's two more groups to perform before them. At that time, Hwayoung is having an ankle injury but there's a chair prepared for her to sit and continue performing. Anyway, I would like to give my own opinion for this matters. CCM decision to remove Hwayoung from the group was very very sudden. It's seems like there's a lot of conflict between the members. I would understand that some of the members may not be satisfied when CCM decided to add new member Hwayoung. It must be hard for Hwayoung to try to fit in to an already established girl group. It must have pissed the members off since they've been working so hard to make themselves recognized. So, Hwayoung must understand the situation and work hard to prove to the other members that she deserved to be in the group as well.
About the issue which Hwayoung refused to perform, I think she actually has some personal issue with the members that made her to such decision. Probably she's trying to make a point that without her, the group can't perform or something. Whatever the reason is, I think she's being irresponsible and unprofessional. Yet again, she's too young to understand that.
I think CCM made the right decision by removing Hwayoung but it shouldn't be this sudden. I'm not really favoring Hwayoung since I believe that there's more that I didn't know. One thing I am sure about is that if majority of people who have worked with Hwayoung complained about her behavior, then I would believe their words. I do believe that Hwayoung has been creating problems and she didn't try to correct herself.
As I mentioned before, this is purely MY PERSONAL OPINION. I could be wrong. But it's better for everyone to calm down and think for a moment. You might be a fan of Hwayoung but you didn't know her as well as the other members do. There could be bigger issue that they are frustrated about but it's better to keep quiet since it will only hurt Hwayoung more. I just hope Hwayoung could reflect her action more. Her tweets have only caused more harm to the members and herself.
In the end, T-ara is now on the verge of disbandment.. despite having a scheduled comeback this August. I'm not sure how they will handle this mess. I just hope they'll stay strong! Fighting!
